MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Analysing on a daily basis approval rate of all payment methods and monitoring account balances

Utilization of payments systems to optimise deposit conversion percentages

Reviewing issues identified and reporting to relevant technical teams

Assisting teams with relevant information on decline reasons and alternative methods

Research, contract negotiations and onboard new payment providers
-
Performing settlement calculations
-
Coordinate new implementations needed to meet Compliance and Regulatory requirements
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Fluent English speaker

Experience in a similar position

Strong Excel and analytical skills

Gaming background will be considered as an advantage

European citizenship
