GRS Recruitment is excited to announce a new opportunity for a QA / QC Assistant with our client, a reputable Pharmaceutical company situated in Malta. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES

Monitoring compliance with the requirements of GMP and ensuring that re-labelling activities carried out are according to the scope of the GMP/ Manufacturing license issued by the local authorities.

Performing all Quality Control checks for re-labelling materials, intermediates and finished products.

Preparing and reviewing the necessary documentation for re-labelling operations.

Review of batch documentation as per Standard Operating Procedures.

Assisting in the qualification of any third-party suppliers of re-labelling materials used for re-labelling activities.

Ensuring correctness and upkeep of the GMP quality system.

Supporting the QP with all documentation required for release of products, and to ensure batch release certificates are issued for all released products.

Assisting in qualification and validation of GMP equipment and processes.

Responsible for opening, writing and following up of deviations, change controls, and customer complaints relating to GMP activities.

Downloading and reviewing warehouse temperature records on a monthly basis.
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Fluency in the English language, good verbal and communication skill

Experience in the pharmaceutical industry will be considered an asset

Strong organizational skills

Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office and Outlook

Have an eye for detail and quality-oriented perspective

Ability to work under pressure and prioritize changing workloads in a fast-paced environment
