DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Shape and lead the QA vision by designing and executing strategies that guarantee top-tier product reliability, performance, and quality.

Build and run robust test plans from hands-on manual checks to fully automated test suites.

Develop powerful automation scripts for regression, integration, and end-to-end system testing.

Work hand-in-hand with developers, data engineers, and product managers to catch issues early and keep development moving smoothly.

Validate AI/ML outputs and data flows, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and optimal system behavior.

Own the defect lifecycle log issues, monitor fixes, and perform thorough verification.

Keep documentation sharp and organized, from test results to technical reports.

Drive continuous improvement, enhancing QA tools, processes, and best practices.

Contribute to code reviews and advocate for strong software quality standards across the team.

Mentor junior QA engineers, offering technical guidance and fostering a culture of quality.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
3–5 years’ QA/testing experience
-
Strong understanding of test methodologies & automation frameworks
-
Experience with CI/CD (Git, Jenkins, GitLab CI)
-
Familiarity with Python/JavaScript/Bash
-
Bonus: AI/ML testing, cloud environments, Docker/Kubernetes
-
Certifications (ISTQB, CSTE) are a plus
