An international group of companies operating within the digital technology, ad tech, and performance marketing industry is partnering with GRS Recruitment to recruit a QA Engineer to join their growing technology team. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of software products across the full software development lifecycle (SDLC). You will work closely with developers, product managers, and cross-functional teams to ensure that all releases meet high-quality standards prior to production deployment. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented QA professional with experience in manual and automation testing to join a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment. The position can be based in Cyprus (Nicosia, Limassol, or Paphos) depending on candidate preference.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Own and manage the company’s ad monetisation infrastructure, including ad servers, RTB systems, and SSP/DSP integrations

Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases to ensure software functionality, usability, performance, and security

Analyse test results, document defects accurately, and collaborate with development teams to ensure timely resolution

Take ownership of quality assurance processes, including sign-off for production releases

Contribute to the development and improvement of test strategies, test plans, and QA methodologies across the SDLC

Develop and maintain automated test scripts, frameworks, and testing tools to improve efficiency

Work closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure quality is embedded throughout the development lifecycle

Perform regression testing, functional testing, and exploratory testing as required

Identify, analyse, and report bugs using defect tracking tools

Continuously evaluate and improve testing processes, tools, and methodologies

Ensure software meets defined quality standards before deployment to live environments
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field

3+ years of experience as a QA Engineer, Software Tester, or similar role

Experience in both manual and automated testing environments

Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and defect lifecycle management

Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar (advantage)

Familiarity with API testing tools such as Postman will be considered an advantage

Experience using test management and bug tracking tools (e.g. Jira)

Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment

Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams

Fluent in English; additional languages will be considered an advantage
SALARY & BENEFITS

€28,000 - €40,000 Gross Per Annum
