A growing, international real estate and developer company is working in partnership with GRS Recruitment to hire a Quality Controller to join the team in their Paphos-based offices. The successful candidate must have previous working experience in a similar role.  If you are looking to get into a growing company, we look forward to receiving your CV for this Paphos based Quality Controller role.  
 
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop and implement a total quality control system for projects including submittal, reporting and inspection procedures.
  • Implementing procedures of issues identification, preventing and solving
  • Quality control and technical supervision at all stages of construction
  • Creating plans to improve efficiency.
  • Management of QA/QC software
  • Development, implementation and verification of quality assurance and quality control system
  • Management of complex quality control / technical supervision
  • Development of monthly reporting forms and quality control check lists. Monthly assessment of the work schedule for each project, assessment of the main risks
  • Preparation of Photos Progress Report with mainly quality issues on sites, weekly update of Inspections Register of the Project, Observations Report
  • Development of monthly reporting forms and quality control check lists
  • Checklists completion through Quality Software according to inspection register of projects and inspection stages
  • The preparation of a schedule of inspections of projects in accordance with the schedule of manufacture of works
  • Monitor and administer the final procedures as required including final handover and project procedures.
 
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • University degree in Civil Engineering or in any other relevant qualification
  • 5 years of working experience in a similar role (i.e., qualify controller or technical construction engineer)
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal. Fluency in Greek and Russian will be considered an advantage.
  • Good standing user of AutoCAD and MS Office.
  • Strong attention to details skills
  • Ability to follow every step of a project until its completion.
