MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Analysis of the current real estate market in the Republic of Cyprus:

determination of the optimal cost of sq.m of objects
-
forecast for further market development
-
statistics on completed transactions
-
identifying the most attractive locations for investment
-
Visiting sites to assess technical condition
-
Negotiating to achieve the optimal cost of projects
-
Checking the “legal purity” of the project
-
Conducting transactions for the purchase/sale of projects
-
Collection of necessary documentation and preparation of reports and presentations on projects
-
Monitoring the implementation of repair work at facilities
-
Interaction with government agencies on issues of real estate regulation in the region
-
Interaction with the banking sector and law firms on real estate issues
-
Other instructions from the manager
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Higher education, mainly technical
-
Successful proven experience in operational project management in the Republic of Cyprus for at least 3 years. Mainly – management of re-development projects or management of a portfolio of more than 15 projects

A formed pool of contacts with representatives of the public sector in the field of real estate, as well as with contractors for construction work

Confident knowledge of technical and financial documentation

No communication barriers

Knowledge of MS Office at the advanced user level

Have or can provide references from your current or previous place of work
