A newly established real estate and development company is currently looking for a Real Estate Sales Manager to join the team in their Limassol-based offices. The successful candidate will have extensive experience of successful sales management in the real estate industry in Cyprus. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Set sales targets and develop sales strategies to achieve business goals

Recruit, train, and mentor sales team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed

Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders in the real estate industry

Stay up-to-date with market trends, property values, and regulations to provide informed guidance to the sales team

Analyze sales data and prepare reports on performance metrics for senior management

Collaborate with marketing and advertising teams to develop promotional campaigns and generate leads

Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations governing the real estate industry in Cyprus
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field

Proven track record of successful sales management in the real estate industry

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Strong leadership and team management skills

Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Knowledge of the Cyprus real estate market and relevant laws and regulations

Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
-
Must have a valid driver's license and own vehicle
