A leading Legal & Corporate Services company is looking for a well-presented Reception & Office Administrator to join their team in Malta’s capital. This is a lovely, varied role which combines administrative duties and managing the reception desk. The perfect candidate will be fluent in Maltese and educated to O Level standard. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage Front Desk and Reception tasks

Meet and greet clients and all visitors to ensure their needs are met, and expectations are exceeded, in a timely and a professional manner.

Maintain client areas to the highest standard

Answer and direct telephone calls
-
Handle incoming & outgoing couriers
-
Monitor board rooms to guarantee they are well kept and always replenished.

Manage administrative stocks procurement and the respective process.
-
Petty cash management
-
Manage assigned tasks and conduct errands to ensure operational continuity.

Co-ordination of Routine schedules for Property Maintenance (e.g. Lift, First Aid, etc)

Deal with general administration work to support other departments.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Fluency in English (both spoken and written)
-
Maltese fluency is a must

Minimum O-level level of education
-
Minimum user level of MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)

Ability to work independently and within a team
-
Minimum of 1 years’ experience in a similar role or a related sector

Pleasant, client oriented personality

Ability to communicate efficiently
