On behalf of our client, a well-established company operating in the Construction Engineering Industry, GRS Recruitment are looking to recruit a Part-Time Receptionist for their offices in Limassol. The successful candidate must be a fluent Greek and English speaker with previous working experience in the similar role. If you believe you have the necessary set of skills, GRS Recruitment are looking to receive your CV for this Limassol based Receptionist role.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Answering phone calls and handling correspondence
  • General administrative tasks including the ordering of stationary, filing, scanning, copying, etc.
  • Handle petty cash
  • Welcome guests on their business appointments
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Previous working experience in a similar role of at least 1-2 years
  • Fluency in Greek and English, both written and verbal
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication skills and excellent telephone manner
  • Strong organizational skills
  • High integrity of character and work ethic
  • Team-player and positive personality
WORKING HOURS
  • Working hours are Monday-Friday 15:00-18:00
  • 13th salary
