A company which provides assistance and advise to Gaming companies is searching for an Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to join their team in Malta. You will form part of the facilities team and shall ensure a timely response of all queries and requests by third parties and internal requests. The ideal candidate will have a diploma level of education and have at least 2 years’ experience in a customer care related role. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Answer telephone calls in a professional and polite way and direct the caller to the appropriate associate.

  • Send online ticket to employee’s mailbox when the employee is not available to respond.

  • Provide callers with information such as company address, directions to the company location, company fax numbers, company website and other related information.

  • Greet and direct visitors.

  • Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions.

  • Maintains security by following procedures; monitoring logbook; issuing visitor badges.

  • Answer inquiries made at the desk.

  • Coordinates the pick-up and delivery of express mail services (FedEx, DHL, etc.)

  • Coordinate all outgoing mail and log all mail.

  • Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.

  • As an integral member of the Authority, work closely with every other member of the staff to ensure efficient and friendly operation of the front desk

  • Assists with other related clerical duties or any other task as directed by the Deputy CEO and COO.

 
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • At least 2 years prior experience in a customer care related role
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced and changing environment
  • In possession of good market knowledge
  • Thinks and acts strategically
  • Leads and develops others
  • Takes ownership and actions
