Malta’s leading Engineering and Energy management firm is looking for a Receptionist/Administrator to join their team in southern Malta. You will be the face of the office in greeting clients, answering calls and giving excellent customer care. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and Maltese, and have at least 2 years’ experience within customer support/administration . MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Act as a first point of contact at the office: dealing with correspondence and phone calls
  • Manage and handle a customer support ticketing system, planning and scheduling meetings/appointments and answering email queries
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
  • Support the technical teams in general administrative duties, and issuance of invoices
  • Office and asset management and control
  • General office administration and retention of appropriate office/accounting records
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • ‘A’ level or post-secondary standard of education
  • Excellent communication and written skills in English and preferably in Maltese
  • Good telephone etiquette and administrative skills
  • Good computer literacy, well versed in Microsoft Office Applications including Excel.
  • The ability to ‘make things happen’.
  • Be highly organised, great attention to detail and time management skills
  • Previous office-based, secretarial, or customer-facing work experience is considered an asset.
  • Be in Malta and available for immediate employment.
  • Have a valid driving licence.
