Our client, a newly established IT firm in Paphos is looking for a Receptionist to join their team. You will be responsible for greeting clients to the office and providing administrative support. The ideal candidate will have great personal skills, be well-presented and willing to learn on the job. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Welcoming and greeting clients to office
  • Handle telephone (incoming and outgoing)
  • Perform day-to-day office administration duties, assist with various admin projects
  • Handle office supplies, maintenance of equipment, services, and facilities
  • Handle incoming mail, liaise with couriers
      CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Well-presented, with friendly working manner
  • Fluent in English
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office
  • Adaptable and willing to learn
  • Versatile and organized.
