An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a Receptionist/Secretary at one of our clients who are an established Corporate Services Provider in Malta. We are looking for a cordial, smart, highly motivated, and forward looking individual who is meticulous, organised and capable of working on their own initiative with at least 2 years’ experience in a similar position. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Responsible for the front office and reception area
  • Provision of general secretarial support
  • Answering incoming calls, emails and correspondence
  • Office administration
  • Updating spreadsheets
  • Registering employees for training sessions
  • Liaison with office suppliers
  • Assistance to the Senior staff in the day to day running of the business
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English, with excellent communication skills.
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • At least 2 years’ experience in similar positions, preferably within a corporate service provider or legal industry.
  • Competent with MS Word and MS Excel
  • Friendly welcoming personality
  • Holder of valid driving license
