DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations of client funds against payment methods
  • Utilize the Methodos Reconciliation System (MRS) for all reconciliation processes (mandatory requirement).
  •  Collaborate with the Finance team to ensure the proper allocation of client funds and accurate financial reporting.
  • Prepare reconciliation reports highlighting outstanding items and potential issues.
  • Identify system weaknesses and apply problem-solving skills to address them.
  •  Ensure alignment between platform balances and banking provider balances.
  •  Investigate and resolve discrepancies between the platform and banking providers promptly and effectively.
  •  Stay informed about relevant regulatory requirements and industry best practices related to reconciliation and safeguarding of client assets.
  • Coordinate with external advisors and service providers (e.g., financial institutions) as needed.
  •  Prepare and deliver monthly income calculations
  •  Continuously evaluate workflows
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • BSc/MSc in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • ACA / ACCA qualification is considered an advantage.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Experience using the Methodos Reconciliation System (MRS) is essential.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills.
  • Energetic and positive attitude with strong organizational skills and a team-oriented mindset.
  • Proactive and results-driven.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
