Duties & Responsibilities:

Reconcile Data in the ERP system (Reconcile banks / PSP’s Balances with their statement and Client Balances with Platform balances) daily.

Monitor the data collections process from CRM and Bank / PSP / LP statements and other sources and assist in the preparation of relevant reports into the Reconciliation system.

Oversee the daily client’s journals posting into the Reconciliation System.

Identify errors and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner with accuracy.

Manage the preparation and execution process of various daily / weekly / monthly reports related to client’s funds and balances.

Provide accurate explanation of the reasons behind fluctuations in surplus/shortfall of client funds over client equity on a solo and on a group level on a day-to-day basis.

Adhere to corporate standards and procedures relating to reconciliation activities.

Liaise with other departments to ensure the smooth execution of all processes, investigate and/or resolve discrepancies when necessary.

Oversee, lead, guide and support the Reconciliation team.

Identify areas of improvement and propose suggestions for further development including but not limited to software, processes, training of the team etc.
Requirements:
-
3-5 years of previous experience in a similar position (PSPs, APMs, EMIs and banks) within the forex industry.

BSc in Economics, Accounting, Finance or related field.

Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in Greek and English.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

Excellent knowledge of MS Office/ Excel and familiarity with relevant systems.

Experience in working with MRS (Methodos) and CRM systems will be advantageous.
