A growing investments group with offices in Limassol is working in partnership with GRS Recruitment to hire a Reconciliations Specialist. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data across multiple systems and counterparties. This position involves daily reconciliation of cash, positions, and transactions across brokers, custodians, and internal records. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a meticulous attention to detail, and experience in financial operations within an investment or brokerage environment.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform daily and monthly reconciliations between wallets, exchanges, banks, and internal accounting systems.

Identify, investigate, and resolve reconciliation breaks and discrepancies quickly and accurately.

Monitor incoming and outgoing settlements for OTC and B2B digital asset operations.

Collaborate with Finance and Operations teams to ensure data consistency across entities.

Support the preparation of financial and operational reports, including daily balance summaries and variance analysis.

Maintain clear audit trails and documentation to support internal and external reviews.

Assist in developing automation tools and process improvements for reconciliation efficiency.

Support month-end and year-end reconciliation procedures for management reporting.
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.

4+ years of experience in reconciliation, operations, or financial control roles.

Previous experience in crypto, OTC trading, brokerage, or fintech environments is a strong advantage.

Solid understanding of financial operations and transaction life cycles.

Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent Excel and data-handling abilities; experience with reconciliation tools

High attention to detail, reliability, and accountability.

Fluency in English (written and spoken). Fluency in Greek will be considered an advantage.
