GRS are working closely with a well-established and global financial services group of companies focusing in the areas of fund research, portfolio, and risk advice. They are now expanding their Nicosia team and looking for a Recruiter/HR Generalist. This is a dual role with recruitment being 60% of the time and 40% in other HR related areas. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Responsible for the recruitment cycle, including posting ads on social platforms, ATS system, reviewing CV’s, phone screening, scheduling assessment testing and interviews, continues follow-up with candidates throughout the recruitment cycle
  • Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., LinkedIn, social platforms, and professional networks)
  • Maintain ATS (Applicant Tracking) system
  • Create and foster a positive and friendly experience for candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Assist with onboarding, offboarding, employee relations, benefits, wellness, and ad-hoc projects, as needed
  • Prepare and administer HR documents for all employees, e.g., offer letters, contracts of employment, job specification variation of contracts       
  • Assist with biannual performance appraisals
  • Populate and maintain the HRIS database for employees
  • Produce data and metrics, globally, from HRIS database, for reporting purposes
  • Assist with the completion of all legislative documentation (unemployment forms, maternity, paternity leave, sick benefits fund and HRDA submission for training subsidy)
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • University graduate in Human Resources or related field
  • 2 - 4 years of work experience within the Human Resources Department with strong preference for experience in Talent Acquisition
  • Hands-on experience screening and interviewing candidates
  • Fluent in spoken and written English & Greek
  • Strong administrative and prioritization skills, with particular emphasis on detail
  • Proficient in MS Office with the ability to learn new HR software
  • Proactive self-starter, able to communicate effectively and balance multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Pleasant, professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills
  • Can work independently and as part of a collaborative team
