GRS Recruitment is working with a leading international maritime services company to recruit a Recruitment Administrator to join their growing team in Limassol. This is an excellent opportunity for an organized, people-oriented professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and wants to play a key role in supporting recruitment operations within a dynamic international business. As a Recruitment Administrator, you will be at the heart of the recruitment process, helping to identify, coordinate, and support security personnel throughout their employment journey. You will work closely with Recruitment, HR, and Operations teams to ensure candidates are managed efficiently and in compliance with company procedures and maritime industry regulations.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

You will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end recruitment administration process, ensuring candidate records, documentation, and communications are handled accurately, professionally, and confidentially
Recruitment Administration
-
Receive, review, and monitor applications and correspondence from new and returning security personnel.

Screen CVs and assist with candidate evaluations.

Conduct background checks and verify the authenticity of certifications and supporting documentation.

Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and relevant stakeholders.

Prepare and issue invitations for SOP training sessions.

Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Prepare mandatory documentation for the re-deployment of former security personnel.
Reporting & Compliance

Maintain accurate recruitment records and candidate databases.

Produce recruitment reports and provide analytical data to support hiring activities and workforce planning.

Ensure all recruitment activities are conducted in accordance with company policies, procedures, GDPR requirements, and applicable maritime regulations.

Support the maintenance of confidential personnel records and documentation.
Administrative Support

Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Recruitment, HR, and Operations departments.

Assist with document management, filing, data entry, and record maintenance.

Support ongoing recruitment campaigns and workforce planning initiatives.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Qualifications
-
Academic diploma or equivalent professional experience.
-
Previous experience within Recruitment, Human Resources, Administration, or a related field.

Experience within the maritime, shipping, security, or related industries will be considered an advantage.
Skills & Experience

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Understanding of maritime industry regulations and compliance requirements will be considered an advantage.
