GRS Recruitment is working closely with an International Company based in Limassol that provides services to the Shipping Sector and is looking to bring on board an Recruitment Administrator for their office in Limassol. The successful candidate will provide general administration support of the Recruitment Team, including the HR and Operation department. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
 
  • Receiving and Monitoring applications and emails
  • Monitoring, filtering of CVs
  • Arranging Interviews
  • Follow up with candidates during the recruitment process
  • Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
 
CANDIDATE PROFILE
 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Previous background and experience in the HR and Recruitment sector
  • Ability to work on own initiative, as well as part of a team
  • Knowledge of the maritime industry and applicable Rules and Regulations – Advantage
  • Excellent command of the English language
  • Proficiency in PC applications/suites (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • BSc in Human Resources or any other related field will be considered as an advantage
