MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle

Research and acquire clients on a consistent basis through daily phone calls, e-mails, and professional networking.

Develop client contact strategies

Create engaging and exciting job descriptions to attract new talent

Conduct introductory and ongoing meetings with corporates in order to secure new and continued business relationships.

Negotiate and agree Commercial agreements in line with the market

Consult & engage with clients to understand their needs & collaborate to find the most appropriate solution for attracting the right candidates

Facilitate and finalise agreements between candidate and employer

Network in industry, sector & specialism to become an expert in market

Identify, attract & engage with relevant candidate pools

Interview candidates to understand their requirements & gain valuable market information
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Demonstrated recruitment experience as a 360 degree consultant

Highly motivated, ambitious & driven by success with a proven ability to consistently achieve and exceed targets

Confident within a target driven environment

Strong commercial business acumen

Working knowledge and experience of the Emirates recruitment marketplace

Passionate about excellent service delivery

Ability and ambition to create and grown a business unit

Fluency in English plus any additional language would be a benefit

Eligibility to work in the EU, ideally based in Cyprus however we are flexible to consider remote/hybrid working
