A global accounting & advisory firm is searching for an experienced Recruitment Executive / Talent Acquisition and Onboarding Specialist to join their team in Malta and focus on talent acquisition. You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and negotiating offers. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally within a similar function. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Collaborate closely with hiring managers to design comprehensive job descriptions to ensure alignment with talent acquisition objectives

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and negotiating offers

Leverage multiple sourcing channels, including social media such as LinkedIn, job boards, networking events, and professional networks, to identify and attract high-quality candidates

Cultivate strong working relationships with recruitment agencies and act as the main point of contract including but not limited to reviewing of terms of business

Champion a positive candidate experience by providing timely communication and clear feedback throughout the recruitment process

Actively participate in and lead the coordination of recruitment events, ensuring seamless execution by managing all logistical elements

Design and implement engaging and creative onboarding materials that effectively introduce new recruits to the company culture, values, and job-specific responsibilities

Liaise with various department managers to gather insights for creating relevant onboarding materials

Implement and uphold the Company’s employer branding guidelines in all communications to effectively champion and reinforce the brand narrative
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Ideally have 4 years experience in a recruitment function, ideally within a similar environment

Have a tertiary level of education

Have experience in using HR Information Systems

Have a flair in Human Resources Management
