On behalf of our Client, a well-established International company, GRS are seeking to recruit a Regional CFO to be based in Dubai . If you have the necessary skills and experience, then GRS are looking forward to receiving your CV for this Dubai based Regional CFO role.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Developing and executing financial strategies that align with the organization's overall goals and objectives. This involves analyzing market trends, identifying growth opportunities, and providing recommendations to enhance financial performance within the region.
  • Preparing accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and analyses while ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Providing financial information to internal stakeholders, management, and external entities such as auditors or regulatory authorities.
  • Ensuring adherence to regional financial regulations and laws, including tax obligations, and coordinating with external auditors to manage audits.
  • Implementing and maintaining effective internal controls and processes to mitigate risk, safeguard company assets, and ensure the accuracy of financial records.
  • Overseeing and guiding regional finance teams, including controllers, accountants, and financial analysts, to ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaborating with regional business leaders and various departments to align financial strategies with operational objectives, offering financial insights and support for decision-making, strategic planning, and resource allocation within the region.
  • Evaluating potential financial impacts within the region, conducting due diligence, and providing financial analyses to support informed decision-making.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance or other related fields.
  • Professional qualification
  • At least 10 years of experience in CFO role
  • Available for relocation in Dubai
  • Greek and English must be fluent
