MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Ongoing operational management of representative office covering a wide geographical area

Budget management - Preparation, control, and overall responsibility for budget utilization according to strategic budget plan of HQ office

Development of yearly work plan and responsibility for implementation

Creating and developing relations with the local communities, medical organizations and governmental organizations

Development of the strategy of the company
CANDIDATE PROFILE

At least 7 years of management experience.

Experience in management of medical organizations and cooperation with key leaders in the local market – must

Experience in management of sales process is an advantage
-
Ability to represent the organization to local entities and government organizations

Excellent command of English and Greek languages

Ability to manage complex processes

Comfortable with technology and information systems

Great communicator and a superb team player

People management experience
