GRS Recruitment is excited to announce a fantastic opportunity for a Registration Portal CX Lead located in Nicosia in the Forex Trading sector. We are seeking a results-driven leader with a deep understanding of the financial trading industry to design, optimize, and manage our client registration portal. This critical role will enhance user onboarding for our trading platform, seamlessly integrating eKYC, compliance screening, and secure payment solutions. This role demands robust UX design expertise, a proven track record in the financial sector, and strong leadership to deliver exceptional and compliant customer journeys within a trading environment.
 
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Design and Strategy (Financial Trading Focus):

  • Lead the strategic optimization of the registration portal, ensuring an intuitive and efficient onboarding experience tailored to the needs of traders and investors.
  • Translate complex financial regulatory requirements and business needs specific to trading into detailed wireframes, prototypes, and functional designs that meet industry standards.
  • Streamline the integration of specialized eKYC, compliance screening, and secure payment solutions critical for a financial trading platform.
  • Understand the specific compliance requirements of onboarding individuals and institutions to a trading platform.

User Research and Testing:

  • Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing specifically targeting traders and investors, focusing on their onboarding experiences within a financial trading context.
  • Analyze data related to onboarding performance, identifying pain points and optimizing user journeys with a focus on the needs of trading platform users.
  • Utilize A/B testing and data-driven insights to guide iterative improvements, ensuring the registration process aligns with the fast-paced nature of financial trading.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Align onboarding objectives with IT, product, and compliance teams, ensuring seamless integration with our trading platform's infrastructure and regulatory framework.
  • Partner with specialized vendors for eKYC, compliance screening, and payment solutions, ensuring seamless integration and adherence to financial industry compliance standards.
  • Present design concepts, research insights, and updates to stakeholders, clearly articulating the impact on user experience and regulatory compliance within a trading environment.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Stay updated on evolving UX, eKYC, and onboarding trends, as well as the ever-changing regulatory landscape specific to the financial trading industry.
  • Proactively identify and address user experience challenges, ensuring the registration process remains compliant and efficient within a trading context.
  • Lead efforts to automate and enhance data-driven decision-making, leveraging analytics to optimize the onboarding process for traders and investors.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Proven UX design experience in complex digital environments, with a strong preference for experience within the financial trading industry.
  • Strong knowledge of eKYC, compliance screening, and secure payment vendor ecosystems.
  • Expertise in user-centered design, research, and usability testing, with a deep understanding of the specific needs and expectations of traders and investors.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and mentor UI/UX designers, researchers, and analysts.
  • Experience building and scaling teams
  • Passion for solving user pain points through innovative design.
  • Knowledge of financial regulations surrounding client onboarding.
  • Working days/Hours: 40 hours/week - Monday to Friday; Hybrid model - 3 days from the office
