On behalf of our client, one of the world’s largest financial services companies, GRS are looking to recruit a RegTech Ops Analyst to join their Limassol team. The successful candidate will have knowledge of trading with experience in transactions, monitoring and analytics. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Oversee the daily monitoring of Group EMIR, MiFID, and ASIC derivatives transaction reporting.
  • Work in collaboration with IT compliance team to achieve compliance with EMIR & MiFID. regulations and financial authorities’ requirements (CySEC, FCA, ASIC, etc.).
  • Coordinate with internal and external resources to timely resolve transactional issues; Manage relationships.
  • Daily best execution pricing monitoring.
  • Daily / Weekly / Monthly reporting to various stakeholders; Maintain accurate records of tasks.
  • Evaluate existing systems controls adequacy, report deficiencies and provide recommendations to improve both the systems and operations.
  • Answer questions from an internal and external audit on general processes and information technology controls.
  • The position is a hub between R&D, compliance & operations.
 
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Educated to university degree level.
  • 2-4 years of work experience as an operations analyst.
  • Trading knowledge.
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel.
  • SQL knowledge.
  • Significant analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Team player attitude detailed oriented and able to work independently.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in the English language.
  • Time management and organization skills.
