Our client is a boutique Private Equity House looking to establish an operation in Cyprus due to the organic growth of their financial services business. Based in Limassol the role will be focusing on geo-political analysis of institutions in various regions across the CIS, Central & Eastern Europe and the Eastern Mediterranean.
  • Acting as lead Relationship Manager, forging links with clients across a variety of countries and from a spread of business sectors.
  • Driving forward new client relationships at pace, whilst also nurturing existing relationships and negotiating contracts.
  • Close engagement with clients, investors and Media via face-to-face interactions digitally and over the phone.  
  • Performing comprehensive and accurate analysis of key qualitative issues and factors effecting current Geo-political situations.
  • Relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s degree and /or significant commercial experience (2-5 years) in business development, Marketing and Client Management.
  • A proven track record of initiating and developing instrumental relationships and developing new lines of business.
  • Strong self -awareness able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Confident with a professional edge and high social and communication skills.
  • Focused on results and the completion and delivery of projects.
  • Highly motivated and energetic and able to work in a fast paced rapidly changing environment.
  • Creative with the ability to think commercially and pragmatically.
  • A strong negotiator with the ability to think commercially and pragmatically.
  • Excellent IT and technology skills.
  • Native/fluent Russian speaker and fluency in English.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in Russian and English are essential.
  • Eligibility to work in Cyprus.
