The successful candidate must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in managerial roles within HORECA and to be fluent in both Greek and English. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensuring the highest level of customer support at all times

Maintain and upgrade restaurant menu

Serving clients when necessary

Monitoring all restaurant operations

Recruiting and train restaurant staff

Preparing and implementing marketing and sale strategies
-
Conducting Competitors benchmarking
-
Participating in local and international food events
-
Plan and develop quest loyalty programs
-
Ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene and health and safety legislation/guidelines
-
Liaising with customers, employees, suppliers, licensing authorities and sales representatives
-
Additional day to day tasks set by the management
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management or in a relevant field
-
Knowledge of the Mediterranean culture
-
Minimum 5 years of experience in managerial roles within HORECA
-
Fluency in Greek and English, both verbal and written

Extensive Communication skills
