GRS Recruitment are delighted to partner with a well-established Retail Group with opportunities available across stores in Nicosia and Limassol, and candidates may be based in either location. The retail group are currently seeking a Retail Specialist (Either a Store Manager, Stockkeeper, Sales Advisor, Sports Equipment Technician) to join their team. The successor will be responsible for supporting the overall success of the store by delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales performance, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This role combines customer engagement, operational support, and stock management, contributing to a seamless and high-quality retail experience aligned with premium standards.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Deliver a high-level, personalized customer experience, building strong client relationships and promoting brand loyalty

Actively contribute to achieving individual and store sales targets (KPIs) through proactive selling and product knowledge

Support the daily operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures, housekeeping, and general organization

Assist in visual merchandising to ensure the store reflects premium retail standards

Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner

Receive, organize, and manage stock, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all inventory-related processes

Support stock control activities including replenishment, transfers, cycle counts, and returns

Maintain an organized stockroom and ensure smooth stock flow to the sales floor

Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive, high-performing work environment

Follow company policies and procedures, including health & safety and loss prevention standards
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Previous experience in retail (preferably in premium or high-end fashion) is an advantage

Strong customer service and sales skills with the ability to engage and build relationships

Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently

Team player with a proactive and positive attitude

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced retail environment

Fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage)

Valid driver’s license is a plus
