On behalf of our client, a global service provider for the online lottery gaming industry, GRS are recruiting a Retention & Sales Team Leader to join their team in Malta. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • RNP Team Lead will be responsible for establishing a new team within sales & retention call center
  • RNP Team Lead   will be in charge of carrying out outbound sales / to potential leads from customers which reg on site, but didn’t played, first by himself, then by leading a team
  • RNP Team Lead will call and convert leads for the first 3 months to achieve ROI positive and personal targets set (Hands on Sales Management Position After that)
  • Upon proven ability to generate and sustain personal targets for the first 3 months, the designated person, will be in charge of building a team of 2-4 sales agents with potential of further growth within the team.
  • Recruit, mentor, train and support salespersons to your team and help them reach their targets
  • Working to revenue targets and KPI’s as set by the Sales & Retention Call Center Manager
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Fluency in English.
  • Fluent level of Spanish, French and Russian would be considered an asset
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong will to succeed
  • 2 Year+ proven & successful experience in cold calling conversions
  • 2 Years Relevant industry background gained from a Following industries: Forex / binary options / gaming /online sales and/or telemarketing/ real estate / timeshare will be considered as an advantage.
  • Proven track record of managing a sales team while delivering on targets regularly
  • Ability to work independently and manage to high-level goals to reach personal and team targets
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal + written)
  • Team player attitude
  • A degree in business studies would be an advantage
