Our esteemed client, a prominent player in the gaming industry, is seeking a dedicated Retention Manager to join their dynamic team in Malta. Your job will be to plan, execute, analyze, and optimize retention campaigns and promotions across many marketing channels to increase conversion and activation rates, and customer value. This is a full-time entry-level position that interacts with many aspects of our company’s marketing and product operations and is a great opportunity to take on a diverse set of projects and grow your skillset.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Plan and execute retention strategies that will motivate and encourage the players to stay, play and pay based on KPI metrics and targets, as well as stakeholder requirements.

Execute retention and monetization campaigns through various channels (email/push notifications/banners/pop-ups), platforms (web, mobile, and apps), and tools (in-house and 3rd party).

Manage the day-to-day operation of our different retention activities to create a successful customer experience.

Monitor and analyze all activities and their main KPIs.

Conceive and coordinate all aspects of engaging and user-centric campaigns.

Lead cross-projects involving design, content, product and R&D teams.
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Experience in a CRM/online marketing position focused on customer retention

Familiarity with CRM tools/methods (Optimove experience is a big plus)

Strong computer skills, and the ability to operate multiple applications and platforms simultaneously

Excellent communication skills

Strong attention to detail

Ability to oversee long-term, cross-team projects

Creative thinker capable of translating retention targets into strong campaign concepts

Great with numbers and data analysis; strong Excel proficiency

Fluency in English (written and spoken)
