MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Analyse current and historical financial data, including sales reports, to identify areas for cost reduction and revenue enhancement.
  • Develop and implement strategies based on financial analysis to optimize the company's financial performance.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with executives to develop strategies for pursuing identified opportunities.
  • Create, refine, and improve proposals for both existing and potential clients.
  • Ensure proposals align with client needs and contribute to successful client acquisitions.
  • Prepare and manage the company budget, monitoring expenses and ensuring alignment with financial goals.
  • Track financial performance and adjust as needed to meet revenue targets.
  • Provide training and mentoring to members of the Client Relationship team to enhance their skills and ensure consistent service quality.
  • Foster a collaborative and learning-oriented environment within the team.
  • Develop and deliver compelling pitches for potential investors, showcasing the company's value proposition.
  • Network with investors and other business partners to generate leads and explore investment opportunities.
  • Network with clients, partners, and industry professionals to generate new leads and strengthen relationships.
  • Travel to destinations as needed to facilitate transactions, provide training, and attend conventions.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • 2+ years’ experience in a similar role
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese languages
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations
  • Advanced communication and interpersonal skills
  • Computer literate with experience using MS Office applications, Trading Platforms, and CRM Systems
