The successful candidate will have at least 4 years of relevant experience. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of an enthusiastic and expanding team. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Design coordination

Preparation of technical details and construction drawings

Preparation of BOQs using Revit schedules

3D Clash detection
-
Maintain and coordinate REVIT models to a high standard of accuracy and in accordance with BIM procedures
-
Provide technical input into the planning and delivery of projects and ensure documents and design information achieves the desired outcome

On-site construction progress supervision
-
Report to the Design Manager
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Bachelor’s degree in architecture or related field
-
4 years of relevant experience
-
Experience of Navisworks, Enscape/ Lumion, Dynamo, Revit MEP will be considered as an advantage

Must understand the practice of architecture, project delivery, and modern construction methods
-
Proficient with Revit along with a good knowledge of AutoCAD
-
Experience liaising with other consultants to ensure building regulation compliance
-
In depth construction knowledge and documentation preparation
-
Have a great work ethic and collaborative teamwork skills

Great time management and organisational skills
-
Desire and ability to work in a fast-paced and rigorous environment with tight deadlines
-
Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Greek languages.
