MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities within the online operations.
  • Develop and implement effective fraud prevention strategies to minimize risks and protect the company’s assets.
  • Analyze payment processing systems and transactions to detect and prevent fraudulent activity.
  • Process customers payments.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to enhance risk management protocols and payment security measures.
  • Stay abreast of emerging trends in online gambling fraud and payment security, incorporating best practices into our operations.
  • Generate regular reports on risk assessment findings, fraud attempts, and payment anomalies for senior management review.
  • Assist in the development and refinement of company policies related to risk management, fraud prevention, and payment processing.
  • Provide training and guidance to other team members on best practices for fraud detection and risk mitigation.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Offer a solid background in a risk, fraud, and payment analyst role within the online gaming industry.
  • Experience in iGaming industry
  • Solid understanding of payment systems KYC (Know Your Customer), and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) regulations.
  • Proven track record of successfully identifying and mitigating fraud risks.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficient in using fraud detection software and risk assessment tools
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team and communicate complex issues clearly.
  • Prior knowledge of Seon (fraud system) - advantage
  • Educated to Bachelor’s degree level or the equivalent in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
