Our client is looking for a highly motivated and dynamic Risk and Payments Agent to join their team. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Process account opening for the registered clients in accordance with KYC procedure.

Amend existing client accounts (i.e. valid documents, updated information).

Monitor customer accounts to detect fraudulent patterns
-
Communicate with banks and payment providers
-
Contribute and ensure compliance
-
Investigate, report and undertake remedial action on suspicious account transactions to protect business from financial loss;

Utilization of fraud and payments systems to optimize deposit conversion percentages and keep chargeback ratio within acceptable limit

Review and process all withdrawal requests
-
Contribute and ensure compliance
-
Resolve customer queries
-
Coordinate with relevant departments to meet client’s needs
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Ability to work on a rotating shift and overnight
-
Experience in a similar role will be advantageous

Fluency in English both written and verbal

Excellent knowledge of Excel and Computer Literate
