DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Monitor and analyze market risk exposure daily

Prepare detailed risk, exposure, and performance reports (daily/weekly/monthly)

Design and maintain internal risk controls and policies in line with regulatory requirements

Evaluate trading activities and ensure adherence to risk limits

Assist in liquidity risk analysis and optimization of provider performance

Coordinate with compliance and finance teams on audits, reporting, and risk-related matters

Provide executive management with timely and accurate risk-related insights

Identify trends or irregularities and suggest preventive actions

Ensure proper documentation of risk events and escalation where needed

Keep abreast of industry and regulatory changes that may affect risk management strategies
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field (Master’s or CFA is a plus)

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar senior role in Forex or CFD brokerage

Strong knowledge of risk management principles, MT4/MT5 platforms, and liquidity management
-
Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with reporting tools and trading analytics

Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills

Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced trading environment

Fluency in English (verbal and written)
