GRS Recruitment is working in partnership with a forex company based in Limassol and are looking to recruit a RTEO Officer (Senior Dealer) to join their expanding team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial transactions, ensuring compliance, and offering high-level technical and customer support. Your role will involve staying informed about market trends and managing risks efficiently, contributing to the company's overall financial strategy.
 
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide advanced technical and customer support, resolving inquiries effectively.
  • Analyze and generate detailed financial reports regularly and on an ad-hoc basis.
  • Overseeing the quality of pricing from liquidity providers (LPs), ensuring it is competitive and aligned with market conditions across all instruments.
  • Compiling and reviewing financial reports for company management and regulatory bodies, both regularly and as needed.
  • Handling client trade quotes, confirmations, and transmissions in accordance with company guidelines.
  • Staying informed on market trends, particularly in currency pairings and other major asset classes and providing internal teams with heads up into important market activities.
  • Providing updates and assistance to colleagues across departments.
  • Ensuring best execution practices and regulatory compliance in transaction reporting.
  • Managing critical real-time trading systems, identifying and resolving issues.
  • Carrying out trade surveillance and transaction monitoring, investigating trade-related issues and customer complaints, while troubleshooting and collaborating with relevant teams to ensure timely resolution.
  • Monitoring and adapting to changes in market regulations.
  • Conducting competitor analysis and market research as required.
  • Reviewing client transactions for irregularities, ensuring adherence to risk management policies.
  • Managing risk, performing detailed analyses of the company’s financial products, and monitoring the overall portfolio.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Bachelor’s degree in economics, Finance, Mathematics, or any other related field.
  • Fluency in English both verbal and written.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the finance industry.
  • Strong knowledge of different trading platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills, attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and perform well under pressure.
  • In-depth understanding of market trends and ability to stay up to date.
  • Knowledge of best execution practices, with experience in ensuring compliance with transaction reporting and regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to work in rotating shifts (morning and afternoon).
  • CySEC Basic or Advanced Certificate.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Have):

 
  • Proficiency in additional languages, such as Hebrew or Dutch.
  • Prior experience working with equities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think outside the box.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Proven experience in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
