On behalf of our client an Independent legal and corporate advisory firm, GRS are looking to recruit an Administrator for their Limassol based offices. The successful candidate will be a Fluent Russian and English speaker, who will be responsible for answering calls and taking messages and will help with corporate filing and Corporate Admin tasks along with any other ad hoc duties. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Answer phones, taking messages and passing them to the relevant person

Maintain good, professional communication between all the departments and associates of the organization
-
Administrative tasks, i.e., scanning, copying, etc.

Provide general support to visitors
-
Helping to maintain corporate files and filing
-
Helping with the handling the corporate administration work of the department.

Any other ad hoc duties from time to time
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Excellent command of the Russian and English language both verbal and written (native or fluent English/Russian speaker)

A university degree would be an advantage and we welcome applications from recent graduates

Previous experience in an Administration or Corporate Administration role would be an advantage
