The successful candidate will have the opportunity to advise the firm and its clients in relation to different fields, mostly on matters of corporate and contract law. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Assisting in the preparation of minutes, agreements, legal opinions and other legal documents for a wide variety of companies

Performing detailed practical research on an array of different areas

Handling a portfolio of clients with their corporate administration affairs

Assistance on opening bank accounts on behalf of clients and liaison with various banks to meet customer needs

AML KYC compliance knowledge
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Qualified Lawyer
-
At least 3 years’ experience as a Corporate Lawyer
-
Highly organized and detail-oriented person with the excellent communication skills
-
Fluency in English and Greek language. Russian will be considered an advantage
-
EU- citizen eligible to work in Cyprus. (Must have work permit)
