Russian Speaking Customer Service Representatives- Shift Based

GRS Recruitment are working in partnership with a well-established Forex Brand in operation is over 10 countries worldwide. Our client has an excellent reputation in the market and are currently looking to recruit a Russian speaking Customer Service Representatives to join their head office in Limassol. The successful candidate will have a Higher education in Linguistics, Communication, Economics or a related field and be fluent in both Russian and English languages.   • Assist clients worldwide through live support
  • Answer emails, assist with opening of client accounts, amend existing accounts, maintain client records and liaise with appropriate departments
  • Demonstrate impeccable telephone etiquette and management.
  • Handle back-office queries
  • Support clients with technical and troubleshooting issues
  • Report to the management
  • Deal with complaints of varying nature promptly and effectively
  • Provide support and troubleshooting on MetaTrader platforms.
  • Liaise with all the departments to resolve issues
  • Liaise with the Compliance Officer regarding complaints and approval of accounts
  • Provide all relevant information to clients regarding documents and materials for becoming a client.
  • Fluency in the English and Russian languages, both written and spoken (knowledge of any other language will be considered as an advantage)
  • Higher education in Linguistics, Communication, Economics, or a related field
  • Prior Experience in a customer service position will be considered as an advantage
  • Computer literacy: Very good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word
  • Positive attitude, excellent communication, and listening skills
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure environment, multitask, prioritize, and meet strict deadlines.
  • Knowledge of MetaTrader platforms will be considered an advantage
  • Must be able to work rotational shifts
