A well-established luxury retail company with two shops in Cyprus, are working with GRS to recruit a Russian Speaking Luxury Brand Retail Assistant to join their team in Limassol. The successful candidate must have previous experience as a Retail Assistant, must be fluent in English, Greek and Russian and must have excellent communications skills. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Promote high quality customer service in a friendly and professional manner

Maintain a neat, organized, and well-stocked merchandise area

Helping customers with finding products they are looking for with the aim of encouraging them to buy and to return for future purchases

Advising customers on the price of items

Liaising with other stores and arranging the transportation and delivery of items ordered from other store locations if a desired item is out of stock

Operating the cash registers, taking payments, and performing refunds/store credits where applicable

Packaging of goods for customers and arrange delivery of relevant goods

Ensuring the store is clean and tidy, and that products are priced and displayed

Participating in periodical stock take of all goods in store

Arranging for damaged goods to be repaired or exchanged
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Proven working experience in retail sales

Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices

Fluency in Greek, English and Russian is a must
-
Track record of over-achieving sales quota

Solid communication and interpersonal skills

Friendly, helpful, confident, and engaging personality
