GRS Recruitment are working in partnership with a Global Forex Brand who are searching for a Russian Speaking Marketing Manager to join the team. The role will be the core driver behind the strategy and execution for strengthening and commercializing the Companies’ Brand and service offering in all the Russian language markets. The Marketing Manager will take lead on developing an in-depth understanding of our own value propositions against competitors’ services and products, formulating and executing marketing campaigns that can effectively drive commercial results, as well as many other day-to-day marketing activities.   • Understand the companies Russian service offering from inside out and conduct competitor analysis and region-specific industry research to develop a comprehensive SWOT analysis.
  • Identify clear positioning of the RU brand and target markets/audience, and develop marketing plans that can effectively drive leads, conversion, deposits as well as trading volume from both new and existing clients.
  • Work closely with acquisition team and social media team to build and execute digital and social media marketing strategies and plans catered for Russian speaking markets.
  • Skilful in digital marketing and marketing ROI management is a core.
  • Collaborate with marketing tech team to develop and enhance CRM journey in Russian language that can drive conversion as well as retention for the existing clients especially those with high net worth.
  • Work closely with development, payment and back-office teams to optimize the key customer experiences such as onboarding, payments and trading that best suit the target audiences’ needs.
  • Work with reporting and insights teams to conduct analytics based on clients’ data and feedback and further develop and execute improvement plans
  • Develop and implement localized marketing campaigns such as promotions that will achieve our commercial objectives in a most cost-effective manner. Also conduct post-campaign analysis with recommendations and action plan for the future campaigns.
  • Provide day-to-day support to Russian client-facing teams including sales, RM and Partnership to help them achieve commercial targets. Also gather feedback from the client facing teams and follow up with improvement actions.
  • Provide insights and optimize content in Russian language across all user-facing touch points such as websites, client portal, email communications, sales scripts and more, and ensure the alignment of messaging across all channels.
  • Evaluate current marketing team and their expertise, and provide recommendations on future team structure and take lead on recruitment and team building.
  • Educated to degree level or the equivalent in marketing, business, or related field
  • Extensive years of experience as a successful marketing manager
  • Must have experience with the FX market landscape in Russia and CIS countries
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Russian and English languages
  • In-depth experience in competitor analysis and industry research; Insights into Russian language financial markets and regulatory landscape a big plus.
  • Strongly experienced in cross-team collaboration to drive projects and campaigns to completion under the timeline.
  • Highly data driven and analytical, able to identify issues and opportunities from data and turn them into actions.
