Russian Speaking Office Assistant

GRS is working with a family office with international financial transactions and investments, looking to recruit an Office Assistant for their offices in Limassol. The ideal candidate will need to have excellent communication skills with background in front desk roles. No previous experience is needed within the same field and the candidate will be trained and directed by the Office Manager. If you feel you have the necessary skills and experience for this role, then GRS look forward to receiving your CV.
  • Answering calls and directing to the appropriate person
  • Sort and distribute incoming/outgoing mail and book couriers
  • Copy type letters and financial statements as required
  • Printing, scanning & filing
  • Arrange documents for signature, arrange meetings and greet visitors when necessary
  • Well presented with excellent telephone manner
  • Computer literate and proficient in MS Office tools
  • Previous experience in front desk roles will be a major advantage
  • BSc in Management, Banking, Finance or relevant degree is preferred 
  • Ideally fluent in Greek / English / Russian but could accept intermediate level in one of the three
