An international company operating in the Retail industry with offices globally and in Cyprus, are working in partnership with GRS Recruitment in order to recruit a Russian speaking Office Manager for their Limassol based team. The successful candidate needs to be a fluent English and Russian speaker, with experience in a similar role and familiar with the 1C Software.   • Answer telephone calls, emails and handle correspondence
  • Responsible for the Company’s document turnover
  • Arranging and setting up meetings (internal and external)
  • Responsible for issuing and reconciling petty cash
  • Assist with flight and hotel bookings, when necessary 
  • Maintaining and negotiating company courier account
  • Filing, Photocopying and Scanning
  • Responsible for stationery, utility bills, office supplies. Maintain and manage office supplies stock as required
  • Assist colleagues with any request related to administration
  • Action any other ad-hoc requests
  • Fluency in Russian and English, both written and verbal
  • Previous working experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge of 1C Software
  • High quality level of customer service with the ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Ability to interact and communicate requirements to other staff members and customers in an appropriate and professional manner
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Attention to detail
  • Working hours: Monday-Friday 09:00-13:00 or 14:00-18:00 based on candidate’s preference
