MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage from concept, to design, sample production, testing, forecast, cost, mass production, promotion, support, and finally product end of life

Manage and implement marketing activities through research, strategic planning and implementation

Delivers the operating plan: the achievement of growth objectives including market share, revenue, profit, and return on investment for all the channels/categories of business and/or key customers

Defining and supporting the overall strategy and requirements, running product design working groups and engaging in project delivery efforts run by the relevant IT teams

Building business cases by identifying target markets and appropriate products, and determining revenue potential

Recommends the nature and scope of present and future product lines by reviewing product specifications and requirements; appraising new product ideas and/or product changes

Assesses market competition by comparing the company's product to competitors' products

Initiating product adjustments as necessary to ensure that the product continues to meet its stated goals

Engaging with internal teams and external associates/clients to develop innovative, market leading products that meet their needs

Excel, JIRA project management tool
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Educated to either BSc/MSc Degree level or the equivalent in Finance, Computer Science or in a related field

Previous experience in product management, business development, payment systems

Practical understanding of the IT platforms and web interfaces, recommend best practices, advantages, limitations, trends

Ability to operate on global markets and learn local market trends and preferences

Ability to operate and manage a multicultural and geographically distributed team

Strong analytical skills, logical analysis and strategic planning

Strong communication and presentation skills

Result driven, with ability to overcome challenges, prioritize work effectively and act proactively in a rapidly changing environment

Fluent Russian and English is a must
