On behalf of our client, a well-established leading provider of trust and corporate management services, is working with GRS to recruit a Relationship Manager Russian speaker to be based in their Limassol office. The successful candidate will have at least 2 years of relevant experience. This is an excellent opportunity to work with an enthusiastic team. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Assist with board meeting minutes, resolutions, payments and any other administration duties required
  • Ensure client records are clearly updated with all correspondence
  • Opening of bank account and preparation of payment orders
  • Manage the portfolio of Russian speaking clients and completing various tasks related to the Russian subsidiaries
  • Produce and submit statutory returns
  • Work directly with clients and potential clients, analysing and interpreting documents, regulations and procedures relating to our clients’ legal and fiscal opportunities
  • Accurately record all time spent dealing with client matters to ensure the clients are correctly invoiced
  • Communicate with clients, government authorities, financial institutions and other associates
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • University graduate degree, preferably in legal field
  • At least 3 years’ experience in a related role
  • Fluency in English and Russian language at a professional level
  • Excellent interpersonal and professional skills with a strong sense of responsibility and commitment to client service
  • Knowledge of AML and KYC practices
  • Knowledge of Greek will be considered an advantage
  • Attention to detail
  • Solution oriented with strong analytical skills
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
  • Studying towards professional qualification i.e. ICSA/ STEP will be considered as an advantage
