The successful candidate needs to have great communicational skills and be able to convert newly registered clients and follow up with their trading activities. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES

Outgoing calls to newly registered clients, present company services, handle first time deposits

Identify and assess customers’ needs

Provide accurate, valid and complete information

Keep records of customer interactions and process customer accounts in database

Follow communication procedures, compliance guidelines and policies

Engage and retain customers for long-term trading

Ability to work shifts depending on the dedicated market
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Higher education is preferred
-
Experience in a similar role is preferred

Fluency English plus German/Italian/Spanish/Urdu/Mandarin/Hindi/Thai/Vietnamese

Computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems

Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of personalities

Excellent communication and presentation skills
