We are working with a growing Marketing Firm based in Limassol and seeking for a confident and organized Sales Administrator to join their team. The successful candidate will report directly to the Head of Sales and ideally have previous experience in Account Management and Customer service. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Resolving any issues related to the tracking and actioning of signed deals by clarifying the needs
  • selecting and explaining the best solution; expediting correction or adjustments if needed.
  • Acts as a liaison for the Sales team with Finance, Production and Marketing
  • Responsible for the follow up for the execution contracts after signing, as well as updating dashboards with all the necessary information  
  • Answers phone calls, emails and messages from clients to respond to enquiries.
  • Contact clients and give them the brief for required content, creatives and needed collateral.
  • Takes the lead with the sale of certain products
  • Preparing and circulating reports by collecting and analysing information
  • Alerting the team to potential sales opportunities
  • Resolve customer complaints when required.
  • Meet personal/team targets and client contact handling quotas
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Proven sales/customer support / KYC experience, ideally in a B2B environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
  • Extremely organized
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Familiar with CRM systems and practices
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Ability to travel in and out of the EU & Internationally
