On behalf of our client, a leading property development company, is working with GRS to recruit a Sales Administrator to be based in Paralimni. The successful candidate be assisting Sales team members with all administrative tasks. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide assistance to the sales team under the supervision of the Sales Manager
  • Perform all data entry in the system, such as: upload of new clients, associates, daily notes, calls, emails, appointments to ensure all fields are duly filled in correctly in the CRM
  • Ability to handle outlook calendar & CRM for reminders and arranging of appointments or follow ups needed and then make sure the CRM is up to date with all activities.
  • Keep in co-ordination with BD admin in order to keep Sales department up to date with any incoming groups or agents so Sales Manager can assign Sales executive when requested.
  • Assist Sales Manager & sales team with daily requests from clients and associates, through email, phone and in person and report to Sales Manager. Enquiries to be answered within 24 hours
  • Support the sales team with general operations to help reach the team’s objectives and make the sales team workload easier. Ability to create PowerPoint presentations for them and USB when requested. Prepare folders and brochures for sales team
  • Meet and greet clients at entrance. Make sure promotional material is always in place, meeting room is ready for clients before meetings and handling refreshments etc
  • Dealing with and responding to high volumes of emails, calls and data entry to CRM
  • Attend any meetings and keep record of minutes
  • Invitation letters and arrangements for accommodation, dinners, transport for incoming clients/agents
  • Reports from CRM to Sales Manager when requested.
  • Ability to make online research to find new associates locally & internationally when requested
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Computer literacy
  • Great communication skills in Greek and English
  •  Ability to deliver tasks under strict deadlines
  • Great team player
