On behalf of our client an innovating Forex company in Limassol, GRS is seeking to recruit a Sales and Retention Executive. The ideal candidates will have proven experience in FX Retention/Sales and must be fluent in English. This is an amazing opportunity for someone who likes to reach and exceed sales targets.
  • Achieve monthly targets
  • Cross selling company services to provide client improvement and increase targets
  • Maintain high levels of client acquisition, retention and re-activation
  • Primary point of contact for clients under their own portfolios
  • Contact existing clients, ensuring they receive the highest level of service
  • Develop strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business
  • Promote the company’s products and services
  • Educate clients on how to use the company’s trading platform
  • Provide a basic level of understanding of fundamental and technical analysis to clients in a highly compliant manner
  • At least 1+ year experience in in Sales and/or Retention within the FX and/or related field is a must
  • Excellent knowledge of English language both oral and written
  • Additional Languages will be considered an advantage
  • IT Proficient
  • Able to commit to a shift pattern from 11.00 to 20.00, Monday to Friday
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
