On behalf of our client an innovating Forex company in Limassol, GRS is seeking to recruit a Sales and Retention Executive. The ideal candidates will have proven experience in FX Retention/Sales and must be fluent in English. This is an amazing opportunity for someone who likes to reach and exceed sales targets.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Achieve monthly targets

Cross selling company services to provide client improvement and increase targets

Maintain high levels of client acquisition, retention and re-activation

Primary point of contact for clients under their own portfolios

Contact existing clients, ensuring they receive the highest level of service
-
Develop strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business
-
Promote the company’s products and services
-
Educate clients on how to use the company’s trading platform
-
Provide a basic level of understanding of fundamental and technical analysis to clients in a highly compliant manner
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
At least 1+ year experience in in Sales and/or Retention within the FX and/or related field is a must
-
Excellent knowledge of English language both oral and written
-
Additional Languages will be considered an advantage

IT Proficient
-
Able to commit to a shift pattern from 11.00 to 20.00, Monday to Friday

Excellent communication and organizational skills
