MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Arrangement, preparation and cleanliness of sales area
- Contact and collaborate with the other commercial and back office parts of the store
- Customer Service - Presentation and description of products and services
- Sales of products and services based on department/store objectives
- Telephone customer service for reservations, orders, shipments
- Monitoring developments for new products and services
- Competition monitoring
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- At least 1 year experience in a similar role
- Good knowledge of English
- Computer Literate
- Organization, Consistency, Prioritisation
- Business and Negotiation
- Compliance with procedures
- Ability to work under pressure
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Orientation to result
